True North Pathways is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals facing barriers to employment and stability. We provide practical support, meaningful opportunities, and a clear path toward long-term independence through workforce development, mentorship, and community partnerships.

What makes True North Pathways unique is our direct connection to Your Home Oasis, LLC, a for-profit commercial and residential cleaning, maintenance, and handyman services company. Rather than simply offering referrals or temporary assistance, we create real opportunities for participants to gain hands-on work experience, earn income, build confidence, develop job skills, and obtain professional references.
Anyone may apply, but we especially encourage the disabled, the homeless, the elderly, the addicts, and the recently released from prison or jail to consider us.
